I got an error while making the payment. How do I know if the payment was successful?

When you get any kind of error while making a payment, just click on my profile section and check the “Manage My Subscription” tab. If you see the items purchased against that particular order number displayed on this screen, it means that the payment was successful and you can access your favorite content. If not, then the amount has not been deducted from your profile. You can go to the plan page and make payment for the items you want to purchase. Also in case, any amount is deducted for a failed transaction, please be assured it will be refunded within 7-10 working days to your selected payment mode.
